Lingames'i kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. iOS uygulaması için Apple'ın Standart Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir; bu koşullar onunla çelişirse EULA esas alınır.

Oyunlar

Tüm oyunlar ücretsizdir ve ücretsiz sürümde reklam gösterilir. Oyunları kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla oynayabilirsiniz. Oyunların kodunu, görsellerini ve seslerini kopyalamak, değiştirip dağıtmak ya da uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmek yasaktır.

Premium

• Aylık: Otomatik yenilenen abonelik. Ücret, satın alma onaylandığında Apple ID ya da Google Play hesabınızdan alınır ve dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse her ay yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
• Ömür boyu: Tek seferlik ödeme; yenilenmez.
• Premium reklamları kaldırır. Oyunlar ve skorlar ücretsiz sürümle aynıdır.
• Aboneliğinizi iOS'ta Ayarlar > Apple ID > Abonelikler'den, Android'de Google Play > Ödemeler ve abonelikler'den yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
• İadeleri Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) ya da Google Play (iade talebi) yönetir.
• Telefon değiştirirseniz ya da uygulamayı yeniden yüklerseniz uygulamadaki "Satın alımları geri yükle" düğmesini kullanın.

Liderlik tablosu

Takma adınız herkese açık görünür. Hakaret içeren, başkasını taklit eden ya da kişisel bilgi içeren takma adlar kullanmayın. Hile yapılmış ya da gerçek dışı görünen skorları ve uygunsuz takma adları önceden haber vermeden kaldırabiliriz.

Garanti ve sorumluluk

Lingames "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Oyunların kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu, tüketici olarak yasal haklarınızı kısıtlamaz.

By using Lingames you agree to these terms. For the iOS app, Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where these terms conflict with it, the EULA prevails.

The games

All games are free, and the free version shows ads. You may play them for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, modifying or redistributing the games' code, art or sound, or reverse-engineering the app, is not allowed.

Premium

• Monthly: an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, and it renews every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Lifetime: a one-time payment; it does not renew.
• Premium removes ads. Games and scores are the same as in the free version.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Payments & subscriptions on Android. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (request a refund).
• On a new phone or after reinstalling, use "Restore purchases" in the app.

Leaderboard

Your nickname is shown publicly. Don't use nicknames that are offensive, impersonate someone or contain personal information. We may remove scores that look cheated or impossible, and inappropriate nicknames, without notice.

Warranty and liability

Lingames is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the games will run without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages from using the app. This doesn't limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
